Aren’t we lucky? Just across the road, next to the IGA you’ll find the newest taste sensation in Rainbow Beach.

We popped in for the first time last weekend, and we’re impressed! We’ve sampled Sean’s creations at other events, and know he is a wonderful chef.

His new eatery, Rainbow Beach Pizza and Grill had lots of people there for takeaways, but we had our BYO beverages and settled in.

After yummy bruschetta and garlic pizza for our entrees to share between our party, Sean and his team delivered delicious brick oven pizza. We tried the Rainbow Vegetarian with bacon (I know, vego with bacon is one of our standard orders!) and the Pepperoni and Chorizo pizza – buono!

There are actually two vegetarian pizzas, and every pizza you could want! And even though his wife is Italian, the works pizza does have pineapple!

Sean’s chips were sensational, too – next time, I’m coming back to try the American Sticky Ribs!
